Terms and conditions

1. As soon as a money order as been received, a password will be sent to the email address provided by you in the subscription form. The subscription date will begin the day the password is emailed. The subscription term will last one calender year--to the day, plus an additional seven day grace period.
2. The password will allow you to view the Market Gardening Concepts Bulletin anytime you like, according to the capacity of the server, for the one year subscription term.
3. All material contained in the Market Gardening Concepts Bulletin is copyrighted material and cannot be reproduced on your printer unless permission is given by the owner of the material--Wally Satzewich.
4. The password is for your use only. It cannot be given to other people to use.
5. The password is for your use only; selling the password to someone else is forbidden.
6. All passwords are the property of Wally Satzewich. Anyone suspected of selling or giving the password to someone else will have their password taken away.
7. Wally Satzewich has the right to change a password at anytime as long as a subscription holder is notified.
8. The subscription represents an agreement between Wally Satzewich and the subscription holder--only. The subscription allows the subscription holder-only-to view the material on the Market Gardening Concepts web site.
9. The Bulletin will be published the first week of every month. If for some reason, whether technical or health related, the bulletin is not published during the first week of a particular month, Wally Satzewich will try to have the Bulletin published in the week(s) to come with the original terms of the agreement still being operative.
10. The material/techniques/information on pricing presented in the Market Gardening Concepts Bulletin is based on and represents Wally Satzewich's personal experience, and as such, no claim is made by Wally Satzewich that the ideas presented will necessarily work for the reader, and as such, Wally Satzewich is not responsible or liable for any financial or other setback or damages to person or property due to the application of the ideas presented in the Market Gardening Concepts Bulletin. The purchaser of the Bulletin must decide for him/herself whether or not the ideas presented in the Bulletin are applicable to his/her situation.
11. Wally Satzewich will not be responsible or liable for any disruption in the availability of the bulletin due to server problems.
